I SPEAK FOR THE GIRL CHILD...
All of the life of the girl child in Africa, she is loaded with carefully designed tales of her being born to serve her husband. it is like she does not have a life of her own.
Africa girl children are raised to be a servants in their unknown future husband's homes.
Even if she is privileged to be educated, it is constantly drummed into her not to be outspoken, to always hide behind her spouse and submit to all his commands.
Oh what a life! While all of that is not entirely bad in itself - in some kind of way; it is necessary to free the girl child from all these tormentors' upbringing... because it gradually kills the girl child's potential to be who God has created them to be.
And Grace can make all the difference in a girl's life.
While growing up, I had a few questions that kept making me feel that our society is quite unfair in the way and manner we the female children are being raised up compared with how our male brothers are treated.
-------''They were treated as kings and princes, while we were treated as their maidservants or slaves''.
-------THE QUESTION IS WHY?
DID THE GIRL CHILD CHOOSE TO BE BORN AS A GIRL?
WHY CAN'T SHE JUST BE ALLOWED TO GROW UP FREELY WITHOUT THE CONSTANT REMINDER OF... "DO THIS SO THAT YOU DON'T GO AND EMBARRASS YOUR PARENTS IN YOUR HUSBAND'S HOUSE"
Many parents and grandparents have replaced the treasures in the girl child's life with trash in the name of training for an ideal homemakers...
This is the time for rethinking and reacting... NOW ARE WE SET TO MAKE THE DIFFERENCE THROUGH THE GRACE OF GOD...
...we are talented,
...we are immensely gifted
....and the sky is not the limit for us...
PLEASE GIVE US THE CHANCE TO BE THE BEST THAT GOD CREATED US TO BE...
Africa, oh Africa! How you have nursed slaves out of Royalties. How you have made Princesses become house cleaners and baby caregivers only...
...we have to change, and the time for change is now.
Please, help us save the girl child from her tormentors and liberate us all to the GLORIOUS DESTINIES that we were born to fulfill.
